RETAIL SALES WORK GROUPS (RS)
Retail Sales Work Group (RS) was established to study on retail sales market, which is the related field to consumers as the most important and final counterparty of energy industry activities.
Coordinator of the Group is Mr. Burak KUYAN, ETD Board Member and Dogan Energy General Manager. The group targets to conduct studies mainly on;
- improving functionality and efficiency of operational activites and generating solution proposals to actual problems,
- following changes in regulations, announcing the amendments to the members, analysing the effects of changes to the industry and preparing opinions about draft regulations,
- evaluating best practice examples and adaptation of appropriate ones to Turkish power market,
- analysing BT and technical infrastructure related to retail sale processes, and creating proposals to reach high standards.
